Angelina Jolie hides her bikini body under a wetsuit as she joins Brad Pitt and the kids at water park

The couple that plays together stays together.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt made a big splash in Malta today as they took their family of six to a marine park for some water-themed fun.

Despite the temperature being a balmy 23 Celsius on the Mediterranean island, Angelina wore a wetsuit to keep warm when she took a dip in the water.

The Changeling star has been criticised recently for being incredibly thin and her lack of body fat could be making her more susceptible to the cold.

Her long-time boyfriend Brad Pitt looked much more summery as he ventured out shirtless, flashing his muscled chest and toned torso while he carried three-year-old son, Knox.

The couple's other children, Maddox, nine, Pax, seven, Zahara, six, Shiloh, five, and Vivienne, three, also joined in the fun at the family day out at the Mediterraneo Bio Park.

Situated alongside the Mediterranean at 'White Rocks' in Bahar ic-Caghaq, the marine park is dedicated to conservation, research and education to reveal the 'secrets of the sea.'

Along with the chance to swim with the bottle nose dolphins, guests can marvel over sea lions, parrots, snakes, tortoises, turtles and lizards.

The globe-trotting family are currently in Malta while Brad Pitt films the zombie movie, World War Z.

Pitt, 47, and Jolie, 36, have rented a $11 million mansion in the Qrendi area of the island, according to Us Weekly magazine.

The brood have all relocated to holiday destination while he films the post-apocalyptic horror movie.

Brad plays the lead role of role of Max Brooks, an agent of the United Nations Postwar Commission who published a report a decade after the Zombie War.

Brooks scours the world collecting the stories and experiences of those who have survived the conflict that almost eradicated humanity.

The film, directed by Marc Foster, also stars Mireille Enos and Matthew Fox.

Earlier this month, the Hollywood heartthrob was also spotted wearing the wedding ring, sparking rumours that Brad and Angelina had tied the knot.

Angelina is currently enjoying box office success in the U.S. as the voice of Tigress in Kung Fu Panda 2.

Her next starring role will be as iconic Egyptian leader Cleopatra, which has just gone into pre-production.

Hugh Hefner reveals second new girlfriend in a matter of days following wedding split

Being dumped days before a wedding is supposed to be the most painful of love splits.

But this is obviously not the case with Hugh Hefner, who has announced the identity of his second girlfriend since he was humiliatingly dumped by fiancée Crystal Harris almost a fortnight ago.

The Playboy mogul spoke on Twitter about his new love, Playmate and actress Shera Bechard.

And at just 25-years-old she is a mammoth 60 years younger than the magazine publisher.

After he was questioned about her he tweeted: 'Shera is both our November 2011 Playmate & my new girlfriend.'

Previously he had sent her messages including, 'Goodnight, darling' and 'I miss you. I can't wait for your return. Love, Hef.'

The Canadian model, who shares the same hometown as Star Wars director George Lucas, responded multiple times to the multi-millionaire, including teasingly telling him: 'Will tweet you some pics tonight.'

Hefner has already been raving about Anna Sophia Berglund, who he calls his new 'best girl'.

The 85-year-old seemed smitten with the  25-year-old blonde bombshell, who has spent time in the mansion and was the Playmate of the month in January 2011.

'With Crystal gone, Anna is my best girl,' Hefner tweeted.

'Anna is really one in a million.'

Strangely enough, Hefner also admitted that his new lady is friends with his runaway bride.

'She's also Crystal's good friend,' he wrote.

Crystal Harris, 25, was due to marry Hefner last Saturday in a lavish ceremony at the Playboy mansion but she called it off just five days beforehand.

Harris has claimed that Hefner's love of women was one of the major problems in their relationship.

'It doesn't make sense to have so many women around but still have a marriage,' she told E! Online.

'It doesn't make sense, so it was the right thing. I wasn't the only woman in Hef's life and it wasn't going to stay that way after the marriage.'

'I love [Hefner],' she added. 'He is the sweetest person I've ever met in my entire life and I'll always love him and he'll always be a dear friend and I'll always visit him all the time.'

Ms Clancy says she's 'not a wimp' anymore as she poses for one of her raunchiest shoots

She's about to tie the knot with her cheating footballer fiancé Peter Crouch - and model Abbey Clancy says she's toughened up as she talks about her future.

The Liverpudlian beauty chats candidly about her relationship with the 30-year-old England and Spurs striker in an interview to go with her cover shoot for the August issue of Esquire magazine.

Abbey, 25, also reveals all about how she's finding life as a new mother and that she still has some professional ambitions left.

But the statuesque stunner says that there are some downsides to being a footballers' wife - not least being branded a WAG.

She confessed: 'I’ve been called worse things...girls who go out with footballers are branded in a certain way.

'People can say what they want. Now I’ve got my baby, things don’t matter as much to me. I’m not as wimpy as I was.'

But she let slip: '[Football] bores the life out of me!'

In an accompanying sizzling nine-page shoot exclusively for Esquire, completed just a month after she gave birth to her daughter Sophia in March, Abbey shows off her enviable post-baby figure.

In some of her raunchiest poses yet, she drapes herself on the back of a motorbike in fashion from Louis Vuitton, Isabel Marant and Manolo Blahnik.

Styled by one of the world’s most influential fashion stylists, Katie Grand, and shot by the acclaimed photographer Solve Sundsbo, Abbey looks incredible.

However, the star claims to have been unattractive as she grew up - and claims that her natural hair colour is actually black.

Abbey reckons: '[I was an] ugly child. My natural hair is jet black. I used to have it down to my bum. And I went through a phase of being obsessed with fake tan. So from the age of 14 to 16 I looked like an Apache Indian!'

Nevertheless, she says she always had a natural aptitude for a life in front of the camera.

She muses: 'I’ve always been a bit of a poser. I was chucked out of ballet lessons for looking in the mirror. I’m not vain, I just love make-up and dressing up.'

And she added of her ambition to model for Victoria's Secret: 'I used to say if it happened I’d die happy, but now I’ve got a baby I can’t die, because I’ve got to look after her.'

Katie Price and Leandro kiss on horseback as her beau impresses with his pukka polo skills

They still can't actually speak each other's language - but Katie Price and Leandro Penna let their horsemanship do the talking yesterday.

The loved-up pair were showing off their polo skills on the pitch in Berkshire - and the 33-year-old model turned businesswoman seemed impressed by her toyboy's ways with a mallet.

In fact, onlookers said that Leandro, 26, was a natural and looked even better riding than trained horsewoman Katie.

Perhaps he'd had some sneaky lessons before in his home country of Argentina, where their horsemen are famed for their polo skills.

Meanwhile, Alex Reid, 35, still has some kind words for his soon-to-be ex wife Katie.

Talking in this week's issue of New! magazine, the cagefighter said: 'She’ll always have a special place in my heart. I would have given my life for her.

'I am a romantic for better or for worse, so yeah, that hurts. I wish it had worked out. It’s sad because I was fighting the whole way to save it. It wasn’t my choice [to split].'

However, he said of his new girlfriend, Big Brother winner Chantelle Houghton, 27, that she's a 'real lady'.

He said: 'The great thing about her is that she’s so feminine, a real lady. It’s nice to be with someone who’s a real lady. She really is just so sweet, so girly.

'I’m cheeky. I’m like a little kid and I play around, [I make] little bum jokes. I tone that down a bit. She’s not a prude, she’ll find it funny, but I want to be a gentleman.'

And perhaps unsurprisingly, he confirmed that being with Katie had given him a taste for being in the public eye.

He said: 'I got my first big TV show a week before I met Katie. Being with her was brilliant. It opened so many doors. It got me put on the map, even though I’d been working for 20-plus years in showbiz.'

Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem make a rare public appearance together in Madrid

They keep their private life under wraps at the best of times, normally only pictured together in more candid situations.

So it was an unusual sight to see Penelope Cruz and husband Javier Bardem in public together.

The Spanish couple ventured out together in Madrid to attend the unveiling of their stars on the city's Walk Of Fame, called Street Of Stars

Penelope opted for one of her favourite colours, bright red, for the ceremony wearing a sassy one-shoulder dress with a matching pair of Christian Louboutin heels in a strange material.

The 37-year-old wore a huge grin on her face as she posed next her star.

Husband Javier Bardem was also honoured at the Spanish capital's new tourist attraction, the hunky actor cut a dash in a blue shirt, black jeans and shoes.

It was the second time Penelope received a star this year, in April she became the very first Spanish actress to have her name immortalised on Hollywood's famous walk of fame.

Penelope and Javier joined their good friend, director Pedro Almodovar, to watch their stars unveiled on the busy Calle MartĂn de los Heros.

The tribute to Spain's celebrities included a total of 25 inaugural stars - with each receiving a sidewalk plaque made of granite, marble and steel.

Actor Antonio Banderas, singer Julio Iglesias and tenor Placido Domingo were also among those receiving the accolade, with plans to add one to two new stars each year.

The couple have a baby son, Leo, who was not present at the event.

The actress recently revealed that her son has helped her stop being such a workaholic, saying she no longer feels guilty about taking time out to switch off from her career.

She said: 'I think we all change every day but after years of being a workaholic and always being tired, I’ve changed rhythm and found a more happy equilibrium.

'I don’t feel guilty when I don’t work now. Before, when I went home to Spain from America, I’d forgotten how to holiday properly — how to lie on the beach and relax.

'I’d go and lock myself in the bathroom with my Blackberry and check for work emails. My family knew about this and always tried to hide my phone.'

Penelope also admitted she feels very lucky to be a successful actress and the opportunities it has given her.

She said: 'I feel I have won the biggest lottery.

'I’m doing what I love as my job and I am so grateful for the things that I have.

'I never forget that to have a house and food on your plate is not normal for so many people.'

EastEnders star Samantha Womack glammed up for her shoot in this week's issue of Hello!

She's been at the centre of the most controversial storylines that EastEnders has ever known - and now Samantha Womack has revealed more about why she decided to quit as baby swap baddie Ronnie Branning.

She revealed that she found filming the final scenes in the plot so harrowing, she even banned her own children from watching them.

The 38-year-old actress described the controversial baby swap storyline as 'draining emotionally and physically' and said she chopped off her long blonde hair and dyed it as soon as she finished playing the part to symbolically sever ties with the role.

The storyline, which saw Ronnie lose baby James to cot death on New Year's Eve before swapping him with Kat Moon's live newborn Tommy, is the most complained about in the show's history.

Almost 9,000 people complained, prompting bosses to bring the story to an early end in response to the audience reaction.

Womack told this week's issue of Hello! magazine: 'I did find the storyline very, very difficult to play. It was draining emotionally and physically and by the end I was shattered.

'I worked out I'd been crying or screaming at work every day for six days a week for over two years. Can you imagine how exhausting and tiring that is?

'You're crying, weeping and telling your brain something awful has happened, so of course that is going to affect you and your body. My brain may know I am acting, but my body was doing a different thing.

'I needed to stop and find peace, a bit like Ronnie.'

Womack, who first appeared in the soap in 2007, said it was 'liberating' to lose her character's distinctive blonde locks.

She said: 'I wanted to look different, I had my hair cut shorter and went red. It felt liberating especially walking down the street afterwards as nobody recognised me.'

Her final scenes will be broadcast next week, but her 10-year-old son and six-year-old daughter will not be watching.

She said earlier scenes, where her on-screen daughter Danielle died, had upset her son when he watched them, adding: 'He saw it through a child's perspective so I learnt my lesson then.'

Meanwhile, in those final scenes to be broadcast next week, Ronnie is seen having one last moment with baby Tommy.

Ronnie apparently sees the baby alone and crying in his pram in the playground near the garages, and rushes to pick him up and try and comfort him.

However, his parents Kat and Alfie Moon are nearby - and are seen looking on in horror.

Apparently, deluded Ronnie begs them to believe that Michael has set her up and she didnĂŚt take Tommy, but they are not interested in listening to her.

Later, Ronnie is in the dock awaiting her sentencing - but in typical EastEnders' 'doof doof' fashion, there will be a cliffhanger as to whether or not she goes to prison.

Ronnie's swansong will be screened next week on BBC1 on 7 July at 7.30pm.

Rihanna falls flat on her face as she takes embarrassing stage tumble

Rihanna may have quite justifiably asked 'What's My Name?' after face-planting floor in this embarrassing stage fall.

The Barbadian singer was appropriately singing the hit song as she took a tumble in front of thousands of fans.

The 23-year-old star was entertaining a 16,000-strong crowd in Edmonton, Canada, on her Loud world tour when she lost her footing.

However, ever the professional, the racy singer quickly sprung back into action as she tottered on dangerously high heels.

The incident happened last Wednesday on the fourth night of Rihanna's six-date stop in Canada.

The Love The Way You Lie singer returned to Los Angeles yesterday, just in time to make it for the BET Awards after party.

However she arrived only to face more embarrassment, after it emerged an trophy at the show which had initially been awarded to her was actually given in error and should have gone to ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.

The farce started when television personality Tiffany Greene, along with 106 & Park hosts Terrence J. and Rocsi took to the stage to present the Viewers' Choice Award.

Greene look confused as she proclaimed the winner to be Chris Brown for his song Look At Me Now.

But then Terrence quickly stepped in an said: 'I'm sorry, it's Rihanna for What's My Name... this is awkward.'

Rapper Drake, who collaborated on the track with Rihanna, then came to the stage to accept the award.

He said: 'This is awkward,' before making a short acceptance speech and leaving the stage.

However around 30 minutes later, at the end of the show, the main host Kevin Hart clarified the matter by saying Chris Brown was in fact the winner.

Fergie displays her daughter's faces on her handbag as she promotes her new book in New York

She's currently across the Pond promoting her new book to her American fans.

And although Sarah Ferguson is thousands of miles away from her beloved daughters, it would appear that they with her at all times.

The Duchess of York was snapped in New York carrying a handbag that had the faces of Eugenie and Beatrice on.

She proudly displayed the £225 bespoke Anya Hindmarch bag as she arrived at a TV studio for a guest appearance on The Gayle King Show.

Sarah is promoting her new book, Finding Sarah, and her TV show of the same name.

King is best friends with chat show queen Oprah Winfrey, who is also a friend of Fergie's.

So much so that the Duchess's TV show is broadcast on OWN, the Oprah Winfrey Network, which airs in the US.

The six-part series documents her emotional struggle to rebuild her life and in the last episode she was seen ‘offloading her issues’ with a witch doctor in Arizona.

She is reportedly being paid £200,000 to bare her soul on the show, due to be broadcast in Britain later this year.

In an earlier interview for the show Fergie insisted she had managed to pay off the staggering £2million she owes creditors after a string of failed business deals but said her money worries were far from over.

‘I’m not just emotionally bankrupt, I’m continually on the verge of financial bankruptcy,’ she confessed during the first of a six-part series.

During the introduction the Duchess admits she has ‘little’ understanding of money because of her gilded life after marrying the Prince.

She said: ‘I went to Buckingham Palace and lived on the second floor and suddenly you have to remember to tell someone if you’re leaving, then you have to order your food in time because the kitchen is two miles away, you have to not open your curtains, you have to have so many restrictions. I got to a point where I didn’t know what to do.

‘When we got divorced I just had to get on with it but ... I didn’t understand things about money, probably because I never had to.’

Nicole Kidman's daughter Faith shows off her bright red hair as actress arrives in Australia for family reunion

Nicole Kidman is arguably one of the most famous redheads in the world.

And it seems her daughter Faith it taking after her mother, as the five-month-old showed off her bright red hair yesterday while arriving in Australia for the first time.

Faith was carried by her famous mother as the family arrived at Sydney airport and were met by her sister Antonia with son Nicholas.

It was something of a family reunion for the Kidmans, as TV presenter Antonia now lives in Singapore while Nicole is based in Nashville with husband Keith Urban.

Nicole kept a firm grip on little Faith who, like Antonia's adorable son Nicholas, was born last December.

And Nicole also clutched eldest daughter Sunday as they arrived Down Under after a long flight from the U.S.

Urban was not on the trip, and Antonia's husband, banker Craig Marran was also absent.

It was clearly a time for these devoted siblings to catch up alone, and to enjoy the miracle of their latest children who were born so close together.

Antonia, home from Singapore, also brought the four children from her first marriage for the family reunion.

It is believed to be the first time all of the cousins have met six-month-old Faith who is on her first visit to Australia, according to the Herald Sun.

There is set to be a week of celebrations and family parties.

Nicole turned 44 last Monday and will celebrate her fifth wedding anniversary on Saturday. Meanwhile, it is also Sunday's third birthday on July 7.

Grandparents Anthony and Janelle Kidman also joined the group at Nicole's Milson's Point apartment.

Pregnant Alicia Douvall proudly displays her baby bump on London night out

Pregnant glamour model Alicia Douvall was seen proudly showing off her baby bump in London last night.

The 30-year-old star draped her burgeoning bump in a pretty peach asymmetric dress as she grabbed some food at Scott's restaurant in Mayfair with a male friend.

However, while Alicia appears delighted about the fact she will soon be adding to her family, she has so far kept quiet about the identity of the baby's father.

But it appears her relationship with the as yet unidentified man is less than friendly, as the model hinted on her Twitter page earlier this month.

In reply to a question from a follower, Alicia replied: 'Runaway dads are the arseholes yes totally agree not the same as absent fathers because the mother stops access.'

Alicia confirmed her pregnancy on her Twitter page earlier this month after reports first emerged that she was three months along.

She wrote: 'It's true x am very happy x'

And self-confessed plastic surgery addict Alicia, who has had 15 breast enlargement procedures, is also extremely pleased about one addition to her figure which has come with pregnancy.

She tweeted recently: 'I am now officially bra size 32h! Love my new boobs there massive !!'

Alicia, who has a 14-year-old daughter called Georgia, has been linked with many famous men over the years including Chelsea footballer John Terry and actor Mickey Rourke, and she was once engaged to former basketball star Dennis Rodman.

McGowan saw the funny side after the incident despite being in a car accident before

Rose McGowan’s car roof turned out to be a thorn in her side after it flew off when she was driving on the highway.

The not-so-Charmed actress posted a picture of her sporty Mercedes-Benz convertible's smashed up top on social networking website Twitter.

And after she got over the shock, the 37-year-old actress managed to see the funny side of the incident, which saw the hardtop convertible roof fly off.

In a deadpan tweet she wrote: 'Kind of ruined a perfectly good afternoon.'

It appeared the actress had not properly clipped the roof onto her car before setting off on her journey, believed to be in the Los Angeles area.

However furious Mercedes owners on the Benzworld.org website claimed the photo was fake.

One said: 'Set Up. Looks surprisingly undamaged to me,' and another added, 'My thoughts too. If the top came off it would probably come down on its top and be much more damaged.'

Another poster named Werner who owned the same model of car said: 'The glass cracked on my original HT, and when trying to remove the glass from a donor top from the 70's that glass explode.

'I tell you the broken glass in that picture is photoshopped.

'Taking another look at the picture. The hole hard top is photoshopped into the picture.'

However the picture of the aftermath proved to be a hit with fans, with many finding the incident hilarious.

And when one supporter told her she would one day look back and see the funny side, she replied: ‘I think it's hilarious now.’

It is not the first time Marilyn Manson’s former girlfriend has been involved in a car accident.

In 2007 she suffered facial injuries  when riding as a passenger.

Her car was struck by another vehicle and the force of the impact drove her glasses into her face.

At the time she said: ‘I didn't realise I was hurt until I put my hand to my face and felt the flap of skin. My glasses had sliced me under my eye.’

Cheska and Binky rough it at McDonalds.

As wealthy residents of one of London's most prestigious post codes, the stars of Made In Chelsea are used to dining in the capital's exclusive eateries.

But after toasting the season finale at a wrap party last night, Francesca 'Cheska' Hull and Alexandra 'Binky' Felstead opted for McDonalds instead.

Perhaps a few celebratory tipples gave the Chelsea girls a hankering for some junk food, and they ducked into their local branch on the King's Road last night.

Far from being red-faced when they were caught ordering up a storm at the fast food chain, the girls smiled and joked with photographers as they waited for their order.

Venturing out on the hottest day of the year so far, both girls kept cool in skimpy play suits.

Binky, 20, wore a black and white number with a white crochet top and tan suede platforms.

PR girl and blogger Cheska, 25, wore a safari-print play suit with a deep V-neck and tan heels.

It was confirmed last week that the E4 series had been picked up for a second season.

The cast, including Ollie Locke, Caggie Dunlop and Gabriella Ellis tweeted their excitement over the news, but Hugo Taylor has admitted that none of the cast members have been told whether they will all be invited back.

But he did reveal that, like The Only Way Is Essex, audiences can expect some new faces in season two.

‘In any second season you need a bit of fresh blood. I don’t know exactly who it’s going to be yet, but they’re talking to a few people,' he told Metro.

In last night's season finale, viewers watched as bisexual Ollie went on his first date with a man, and bumbling Francis hired a life coach.

The first series ended with Caggie announcing she was moving to New York, and her love interest Spencer racing to the airport to stop her, but was too late.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Adele are among an all-star cast at Beyoncé's special one-off

At the weekend she was the star attraction at the UK'S biggest festival, Glastonbury, but last night Beyoncé held a special one-off gig in London for a very select few.

And some of the nation's most famous faces made a beeline for the album showcase which was held at the Shepherd's Bush Empire in west London.

Top-selling artists Jessie J, Adele and Tinie Tempah led the charge for the British, while close friend Gwyneth Paltrow, Jay-Z and some of the cast members of Glee represented the U.S. contingent.

Other stars who appeared at the concert, where Beyoncé showcased songs from her forthcoming album, included Ewan McGregor, Alexandra Burke, Stella McCartney, Sugababes star Jade Ewen, JLS singer JB, Paloma Faith and comedian Steven K Amos.

Gwyneth, 38, wore a loose-fitting blue floral print dress that showed off her great legs - perfect for yesterday's hot weather.

She completed the outfit with a brown leather belt and matching strappy heels.

Most importantly Beyoncé's mother Tina made an appearance, as did her husband Jay-Z.

Jessie J hobbled into the show on a pair of crutches, she picked up a broken foot just before her show at the Summertime Ball in London two weeks ago.

The 23-year-old singer had her hair swept back into a harsh, Victoria Beckham-style do. She wore a garish Versace-esque blazer with a black leotard decorated with coloured gems across the chest.

Alexandra Burke's outfit was equally as colourful, comprised of a dress made with various coloured panels.

Jade Ewen threw on an unusual floral print dress with leather studded straps across the front. Her shoes were equally obscure, with sheer panelling revealing her feet inside.

Her fellow Sugababes bandmates were absent from the night's proceedings, so Jade flew the flag for the girl group on her own.

Paloma Faith, who is famed for her unusual taste in fashion, didn't disappoint with another outlandish outfit consisting of a sheer cream top with tiled detail, glittering hotpants and an odd-looking furball hat.

Adele kept it typically understated with her long black blazer, matching leggings and a muted multi-coloured top.

Stella McCartney, Kills singer Alison Mosshart, Meg Matthews and TOWIE star Maria Fowler, wearing a tail hem butterfly print blouse for Lavish Alice, were also on hand to fill the female contingent.

Meanwhile Tinie Tempah and Tom Ford were the main men at the event.

The British rapper cruised into the Shepherd's Bush Empire wearing a smart denim jacket, a white vest, camouflage shorts and a pair of retro white Nike Air Jordan trainers.

Tom Ford oozed star appeal in an ultra smart black suit, white shirt and black sunglasses. The fashion designer invited Beyonce to appear in one of his catwalk shows earlier this year.

Alan Carr, Duncan James, JB from boyband JLS, Ewan McGregor, comedian and Reggie Yates made up the numbers for male stars.

Glee stars Chris Colfer, Mark Salling and Kevin McHale also turned out for the star's amazing show.

Inside the venue there was said to be a problem with seating as Adele and Jessie J were allegedly moved from their front row seats when Jay-Z and Gwyneth Paltrow arrived.

Adele later moved back to the front, while Jessie apparently remained in the back row.

The show itself was a spectacular colourful display with Beyoncé running through tracks from new album 4 to an audience made up of celebrity guests, fans and competition winners.

Earlier in the day the singer, who closed Glastonbury with a storming performance on the Pyramid Stage at the weekend, looked none the worse for her onstage exertions as she arrived for a shopping spree today at Harrods in London.

The star was getting in some last minute bits and bobs before yet another gig, hitting Harrods in Knightsbridge in a sunny tangerine-coloured fitted dress.

Queen Bee, who was wearing summery white platform court shoes, was beaming broadly too - perhaps she'd been reading the reviews of her performance last night, which got a resounding thumbs up.

She had also apparently recorded an interview for Piers Morgan's Life Stories during the day, so can't have had much of a lie-in following her incredibly energetic hour-and-a-half long headlining set at Worthy Farm on Sunday night.

Meanwhile, her rap star husband Jay-Z joined the likes of the Duke and Duchess Of Cambridge as he sat with the crowds watching Andy Murray beat Frenchman Richard Gasquet in straight sets at Wimbledon today.

The 99 Problems star was cool and casual in the oppressive London heat on what was the hottest day of the year so far in the UK, wearing a crisp military-style shirt and camouflage cropped trousers

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge sitting in the royal box on Centre Court at Wimbledon

You couldn't really blame him for taking a curtain call.

The Duchess of Cambridge might have been queen of Centre Court but yesterday – for the moment at least – Andy Murray was king.

Having roared to victory in straight sets against Frenchman Richard Gasquet, he performed an extravagant bow towards Kate and William in the royal box.

In turn, they gave him their seal of approval with a pat on the back after the match, won in 32c (100f) heat on court, and told him: 'Well done.'

Murray said: 'If I'd known they were coming, I would have shaved. I was thinking to myself as I came off I was sweaty and very hairy. I said to them, "I'm sorry, I'm a bit sweaty". But it was very nice to get to meet them.'

The bow, he said, was 'just, yeah, sort of off the cuff. Didn't think too much about it'. He added: 'I was obviously very happy after the match. I think it was the right thing to do.'

The win earns Murray a quarter-final clash tomorrow with the Spaniard Feliciano Lopez.

William and Kate became the surprise stars of the royal box after weeks of speculation that they might attend before embarking on their tour of Canada tomorrow.

Centre Court was crammed to capacity, which equates to 15,000 bums on seats. But to widespread disappointment, none, alas, was Pippa Middleton's.

For although there were frantic rumours during the morning that Kate's little sister and former maid of honour would arrive with the royal party, Pippa-watch was stood down at 12.31pm when the celebrated rear failed to emerge from the police-escorted cavalcade.

Kate, a huge fan of the game, wore what looked to be a triple-decker tennis skirt – in fact a £795 Alice Temperley dress – teamed with LK Bennett nude court shoes.

Within half an hour of her appearance, the frock, reduced to £395 in the summer sale, had sold out on the designer's website.

The royal spectators clapped and cheered as Murray got to grips with the heat. Later, during Rafael Nadal's match, they would even join in a Mexican wave.

Murray's triumph was followed by despair from the Williams sisters who made a shock exit from the tournament in the fourth round.

Venus Williams' attempt to win a sixth Wimbledon title ended in the fourth round with a 6-2, 6-3 loss to Tsvetana Pironkova of Bulgaria.

The 23-year-old Pironkova beat Williams at Wimbledon last year by the same score to reach her first Grand Slam semi-final. She also won their first-round match at the Australian Open in 2006.

Williams' defeat came shortly after younger sister Serena also went out in the fourth round, losing to Marion Bartoli.

It is the first time since 2006 that neither sister has reached the Wimbledon quarter-finals.

Kate and William appeared happy and relaxed as they watched the day's tennis. The Duchess has been a Wimbledon fan for years - as have all the Middletons.

Pippa has attended the French Open and the Aegon Championships since her big sister's wedding earlier this year and Kate has visited the championships twice before.

In 2007 she attended with a friend to watch Rafael Nadal play Swede Robin Soderling on Court One and in 2008 she visited again.

A polite thank you letter Kate wrote to Wimbledon bosses after her most recent visit is currently on display at the All England Club.

More than 2,000 people queued along the grassy banks outside the club in a bid to secure places  for Murray's match.

As the fans waited outside, though, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took up their prime positions on Centre Court.

There they watched a very convincing display by Britain's number one who won the first set in a tie-break, soon claimed the second too and broke early in the third set.

As well as the young royals, Murray had his more personal fan club in attendance.

His pretty girlfriend Kim Sear and his mother Judy Murray were sitting side-by-side at his fourth round match.

Murray's support also came from further afield, his tennis racket bag was covered with tweets from his legion of fans including 'stay positive we are all behind you' and 'believe in yourself and never give up'.

Kate and William's visit to SW19 is a private affair and the newlyweds will not fulfill any royal duties. But they both appeared very contented to chat to the others sitting around them.

Kate looked as composed as we have come to expect from the unflappable Duchess. She chatted and joked with Gill Brooke, the wife of the Chairman of the All England Tennis Club, who was sitting by her side.

The relaxed tennis fan also leant back to give Jane Henman, the mother of our last big British hopeful Tim Henman, who was sitting behind her, a kiss on the cheek before exchanging a few words with her too.

As the royal box guests arrived, thousands of sun-drenched fans applauded. But the heartiest welcome was reserved for the young couple who were given a standing ovation.

The retractable roof was also partially pulled over to shade the royals' end of the arena.

Other Wimbledon-goers were not quite as lucky, they used umbrellas to shade themselves from the sweltering sun as they sat on other courts or watched the action on Murray Mount.

Charlene Wittstock marries Prince Albert this week in a lavish wedding that is set to make Kate and William's look like a village fete in comparison

Good news for those who have been craving some more royal wedding glitter. There’s another one this weekend.

It’s the event many thought would never happen: the marriage of Prince Albert of Monaco, the 53-year-old bachelor head of state of the tiny but rich principality on the Cote D’Azur, and Charlene Wittstock, a South African Olympic swimmer 20 years his junior.

The Grimaldi family has ruled Monaco for more than 800 years, and has featured on the global glamour map ever since Hollywood arrived in the form of the last bride to marry into the family, Prince Albert’s mother Grace Kelly.

The state may be small, but the event will be extravagant. This being Monaco, a tax haven where you are practically imprisoned for understated dressing, chances are the guests’ jewellery and couture alone will make the Windsor effort look like the Middletons’ village fete.

Guests are already docking their yachts in the harbour, and knocking back Cristal champagne on the decks. Those trying to book landing space for private jets at Nice airport have been denied permission unless they can prove they have been invited to the wedding.

Charlene will require a minimum of four fabulous designer outfits for this three-day affair, which kicks off on Thursday night with a stadium concert by those ageing rockers The Eagles and a cocktail party for select guests.

We can expect Karl Lagerfeld, Giorgio Armani, Richard Branson, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Virginia McKenna, Topshop’s Philip Green, the Earl and Countess of Wessex and lots of Euro royals, as well as ‘representatives from Japan, Mexico, the Middle East and Africa’, according to a Palace source.

There will also be the rest of the intriguing Grimaldi family — elegant Princess Caroline and her erratic husband, Ernst of Hanover, as well as the eccentric Princess Stephanie and their assorted offspring.

On Friday, there’s the civil ceremony at the town hall, with two more concerts that evening, ‘with very famous French and South African bands, as Charlene wants the wedding to be a fusion of cultures’, one guest confided.

On Saturday afternoon, it’s the religious ceremony, a Roman Catholic service at the 13th-century palace at which Charlene will wear Armani, followed by a white-tie dinner and ball.

The food is by swanky French chef Alain Ducasse, who again has been asked to fuse cultures, the champagne will be Perrier-Jouet, and, promisingly for glamour-lovers, one of the two maids of honour is voluptuous Danish fashion designer Isabell Kristensen, a woman who looks set to make slinky Pippa look like a novice nun.

Charlene’s hen night, a couple of months ago in New York, was an encouraging sign for the tone of the future celebrations.

She wore a leather corset and skintight trousers to go with the leather-and-lace theme, drank tequila and danced at Cipriani.

So who is this lively blonde glamazon who has persuaded Albert, at such a late stage in his life, finally to embrace matrimony?

Few can resist comparing the sunny good looks of Charlene to Albert’s mother. Like Princess Grace, she has fine features, wide eyes, and high cheekbones, and often sports similarly elegant chignons and well-cut frocks.

At 5ft 11in, with broad shoulders and an athletic figure, she is an impressive-looking creature, as seen in this month’s U.S. Vogue wearing a sleek black swimsuit and then a frothy ballgown.

Albert has always had an eye for a beauty — former loves include Angie Everhart, Brooke Shields, Naomi Campbell, Gwyneth Paltrow and Claudia Schiffer.

During his long bachelorhood he managed inconveniently to father two children — one, from a brief fling, is now an 18-year-old girl who lives in California: and another, aged six, is the son of an Air France air hostess from Togo.

Neither of them is in the line of succession, although after conclusive DNA tests he does have contact with them.

The woman he has chosen (hopefully) to be the mother of his legitimate heirs, who this weekend will become Her Serene Highness The Princess of Monaco, was born in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, in 1978, to Michael, a sales director, and Lynette, a swimming teacher.

From a very early age it was obvious she could swim like a fish, and at eight she was already practising for hours a day.

By the time she was in her teens, the family had moved to South Africa and she was winning backstroke and breaststroke competitions, culminating in a place in the South African Olympic team in Sydney in 2000.

A year later she met Albert at a swimming competition in Monaco. ‘I was 22 and focused on my sport. I wasn’t in the emotional place for a relationship,’ she said last year.

‘But the moment I met Albert I felt a profound sense of destiny. I have been quoted as saying I felt weak at the knees. This is a slightly trite way of phrasing it, but it is true — I knew he was “The One”.’

Albert pursued her to South Africa and they stayed in touch, but they didn’t emerge as a couple until the Turin Winter Olympics in 2006. She was still competing and in 2007 became South Africa’s 50m women’s backstroke champion.

But after an ankle injury in 2008 she withdrew from competitive swimming and, at Albert’s invitation, moved to Monaco.

It took Albert three long years to propose, and Charlene had no formal status and no career. She didn’t seem to doubt that he would come through eventually, although she didn’t enjoy the wait.

She has said that ‘the people I mixed with in Monaco didn’t relate to my South African mentality or humour’.

She is frank, funny and self-deprecating — traits for which the  Monegasques are not known for — and she didn’t speak French, although she is learning.

She knew she had aroused jealousy; she was a sporty, open, South African girl arriving in a country where locals expected their Prince to marry a guarded Catholic European aristocrat.

Charlene told an interviewer last year that there were only two people in Monaco she considered friends.

It is safe to say that Monaco high society didn’t know how to cope with such honesty. Luckily, she has somewhere to hide.

Charlene spends a lot of time at Roc Agel, the house in the hills outside Monaco which Prince Rainier gave to Grace Kelly. There, she trains in the pool and goes hiking.

Charlene shares Prince Albert’s enthusiasms both for sport and the environment.

He, too, is a former Olympic athlete, having competed in four Winter Olympics in the bobsled team, and he has been a member of the International Olympic Committee since 1985.

He also plays tennis, squash, judo and handball, sails, skis, runs cross country, fences and throws javelins — when he’s not campaigning to save the environment.

The fact he has found a fun-loving eco-minded sportswoman and humanitarian (she has long campaigned for Virginia McKenna’s Born Free Wildlife Foundation and the Special Olympics) who looked the part seems something of a miracle. No wonder it took so long for him to find his Serene Highness.

By her own admission, she has come a long way from being the girl who arrived in Monaco with a suitcase full of swimsuits and cut-off jeans, who went to her first Red Cross Ball in 2007 in a borrowed green dress ‘looking like a Christmas tree’.

Luckily, Giorgio Armani spotted her potential and asked her to be an ambassador.

Since then Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors and Karl Lagerfeld have joined in, and Charlene has discovered a love of labels, saying she would like Stella McCartney and Manolo Blahnik to open stores in Monaco.

She even told Natalie Livingstone at U.S. Vogue that she wants to start a Monaco Fashion Week: ‘Grace Kelly forged a link between Monaco and the movie world, and I would like to create a strong bond between Monaco and the fashion community.’

Given the cash in the principality, I think they should take her up on the offer. However she does it, the new Princess Charlene of Monaco is guaranteed to bring her own style to the party.

Mark Wright and Lauren Goodger put on a show of unity poolside in Las Vegas as she reveals the wedding's 'on hold'

Mark Wright and Lauren Goodger put on a show of unity on holiday in Las Vegas yesterday, after Lauren gave an interview saying she has put their wedding on hold.

The pair strolled along hand-in-hand by their hotel pool before kissing and cuddling in the cool water.

However, Lauren has told new! magazine that she won't be walking down the aisle with Mark anytime soon, because she has lost her trust in him following reports he cheated on her with ex Lucy Mecklenburgh in Marbella.

he said: 'The wedding’s on hold. I’m not ready. He needs to show me that he’s the one I want to be with. I don’t have to be with him. I know I’ll be OK. He’s not the be all and end all.'

And Lauren said after his antics in Marbella, she isn't keen on him going on holiday by himself ever again.

She added: 'He was on a stag so he got away with that one. I won’t allow it again. He’s lost that trust. He will never go to Marbella without me. Ever.'

Lauren yesterday showed off her curvy figure in a pretty peach bikini, while Mark stood out from the crowd in a pair of bright pink swimming shorts.

And while the pair proved they are very much still together with their loved-up display, Lauren insisted she won't be staying with Mark if she can prove he was unfaithful.

She told the magazine: 'There’s a limit to what I can take. If I could prove he’d cheated, I’d leave.

'But because I’ve not got that evidence and everyone’s going "Oh that’s just what they make it look like," what can I do? If he does disrespect me, it’ll come out in the end.''

Lauren added that the Mark she loves isn't the same as the man shown on The Only Way Is Essex.

She explained: 'I’ve known Mark since he was 14 so to me he’s just Mark. Everyone thinks I put him on a pedestal, but I don’t. It’s equal.

And he’s probably more jealous about me than I am of him. But they don’t like to show that on the show because they want to make it look like he’s the player.'

Mark and Lauren jetted out to Las Vegas yesterday for a photoshoot in Sin City.

However, tourists at Las Vegas airport said Mark and Lauren did not appear affectionate with one another as they walked off the plane and through the terminal.

'They didn't look like two people who've just arrived for a sun-soaked holiday,' one eyewitness said.

'The only time they seemed to smile was when they were talking to fans.

'The rest of the time they were walking slightly apart and looking at their phones.

'Perhaps they were just tired from the flight, but they certainly weren't their usual bubbly selves.'

However, Lauren certainly seemed in good spirits as she wrote on her Twitter page yesterday: 'Just woke up in Vegas had a nap after rehab pool party 2day.

'It was mental now getting ready for a night out 2 see what vegas has got :)yay!x'

A similarly excited Mark tweeted: 'OMG!! Vegas is unreal, the best place iv ever been to in my life mw and @LaurenGoodger are slightly hungover lol looking forward to the pool.'

He later added: 'Just chilling at the caesars palace vegas its just like being on the hangover haha wow this place is amazing !!'

Imogen Thomas has a Baywatch moment on the beach in California

Ryan Giggs made headlines this week when pictures of him strolling happily with his wife Stacey on a make-or-break holiday in Majorca surfaced.

Not to be outdone, the woman at the centre of the Giggs scandal, Imogen Thomas, put on an attention-grabbing show yesterday on her own sunshine break in California.

The former Big Brother star ensured the spotlight was firmly back on her by donning a Baywatch-style red swimsuit and recreating Pamela Anderson's iconic jog on the beach.

The 28-year-old even grabbed a life-saving floatation device for her attempt at the famous slow-run, and pranced along the sand with a friend.

Imogen had a little less success when she tried her hand at roller-skating the same day.

Remaining in her red swimsuit, she had no problem attracting the attention of male passers-by, who turned to ogle the brunette as she leaned down to show off her behind and plenty of cleavage.

Unfortunately, Imogen's efforts to turn heads worked a little too well - and she drew plenty of stares when she took a spectacular tumble.

Miss Thomas lost her footing at one point, and ended up flying off the pavement in a crash landing.

Her red-head friend looked on in horror at Imogen's ungraceful tumble, but luckily for the reality star, she had a soft landing on the sand.

After the scandal and attention of the past few months, landing head first in the sand appeared to be the least of Imogen's worries, and she laughed the incident off good-naturedly.

It hasn't been all sun and sand for the controversial celebrity during her time Stateside.

Imogen told followers on Twitter that she's also been holding meetings in between having fun.

'Gym done again! Its 7.20am! looking forward to today and my meeting tonight. Oh Iove the american accent on guys....sexy sexy,' she wrote this week.

Back on this side of the pond, Ryan and Stacey Giggs were putting on a unite front during their holiday in Spain.

As reported in the Mail this week, their holiday is the clearest indication yet that Mrs Giggs has forgiven her footballer husband after the revelations of his affair with Miss Thomas, and also his sister-in-law Natasha Giggs.

The couple have been holed up in a £22,000-a-week villa on the holiday isle, reportedly locked in intense discussions about their future.

Heidi Klum and her brood hit the park in NYC

She's a supermodel, reality TV host and a devoted wife.

But yesterday Heidi Klum was firmly in mothering mode as she took her brood of four to the park in New York.

The beautiful blonde German took her children Leni, seven, Johan, five, and Henry, four, and two-and-a-half-year-old daughter Lou for a fun day out to spend some quality time together.

The happy family were pictured in the park, making bubbles from a toy machine and burning some energy as they ran circles around their mother.

Their day out also included a stop at a puppet show as they checked out the Tribeca area of Manhattan.

Her rock star husband Seal wasn't present for the day trip but was spotted with his family earlier this week as they all ventured out in the rain.

Heidi said she wanted to spend more time with her children since he hung up her wings as a Victoria's Secret Angel in October last year.

Instead of supermodel, she's embracing the role of super mother as she logs in quality time with her brood, but don't expect them to expand again any time soon.

She told Mail Online: 'We are done now. I think four to look after is plenty. We aren’t like Angelina and Brad. Four is a good number.'

Heidi has just finished her hosting duties on Germany's Next Top Model and looks happy to be back in America with her family before she starts promoting the ninth season of Project Runway.

Still boasting a flawless figure at 38 despite four pregnancies, Klum dared to bare for an advertisement for the new season as she posed with a pair of scissors and a pink tie ribbon around her neck, with the words 'Make It Work' - a catchphrase of the show's co-host Tim Gunn - written on her arm.

The ninth season of the reality show, which pits aspiring fashion designers against one another, is set to debut in the U.S. on July 28.

This is definitely sexier than past campaigns we've done,' said German-born Klum.

This week it emerged that Kim Kardashian is rumoured to be a guest judge on the upcoming season.

Eva Longoria beams with love as she goes sightseeing in Madrid with Eduardo Cruz

She's usually the object of the camera lens, but Eva Longoria traded places with the paparazzi this week when she set out on a sightseeing tour with her toyboy boyfriend, Eduardo Cruz.

Armed with an enormous long lens camera, the Desperate Housewives star looked blissfully happy as she strolled hand-in-hand through Madrid with her boyfriend of six months.

The gorgeous actress didn't seem to have a care in the world as she walked along, stopping occasionally to capture shots of the Spanish city's infamous hot spots.

Dressed in a cute, black and brown striped summer dress and strappy sandals, Eva, 36, laughed and joked with Eduardo, 26, as he lead her through his beloved home town.

Eva has been dating Eduardo, who is ten years younger than her, since last December, and the pair don't appear to have looked back since.

Their romantic trip to Madrid is likely to have included a visit to Eduardo's family home, just a few miles away.

Eva decided to share one of her snap shots with her fans on Thursday when she posted a photo of herself in a Spanish restaurant next to a giant bottle of wine.

Penelope and her Oscar-winning husband, Javier Bardem, have recently become new parents, but are believed to have set time aside to share a double-date with Eva and Eduardo during their stay.

Eduardo has been a welcome relief for Eva, who finalised her divorce from NBA star, Tony Parker, in January.

And it would seem the ten year age gap hasn't been a problem either.

Since meeting last year, the pair have enjoyed a string of romantic getaways together, including a recent trip to Mazatlan in Mexico in April.

Kate Moss is turned away from Pulp's surprise Glastonbury set

She might be one of the most famous faces in the world but even Kate Moss can sometimes go unrecognised.

Because while she might have had VIP passes for this year's Glastonbury festival, that just wasn't going to cut it with security.

Looking a little dishevelled, the supermodel was seen arguing with bouncers who refused to let her in backstage to watch Pulp play last night.

Kate, 37, was snapped looking upset as she tried to get into the backstage area by the Park stage.

But she got no further than a burly bouncer who appeared to be refusing to let her pass.

Surrounded by her friends, it looked like she tried to reason with the security man but whether she was successfully allowed in is unclear.

Kate arrived at Glastonbury yesterday with a group of friends to watch fiancé Jamie Hince play with his band The Kills.

She was seen cheering him on by the side of the stage, flashing her rock hands to her betrothed.

Earlier she was snapped arriving arm-in-arm with friend Hamish Bowles, the European editor-at-large for Vogue, at the festival looking every inch the rock chick in blue snakeskin print skinny trousers, a green T-shirt black leather jacket and Hunter wellington boots.

And she happily sloshed about in the ankle-high mud as she walked around with her friends.

She later met up with Jamie, who she is marrying next weekend, and shared a laugh as he navigated his way through the mud and almost got his boot stuck.

Pulp were one of the 'surprise' acts of the weekend and performed just two weeks after wowing the Isle of Wight festival.

Tens of thousands of people flocked to the Park Stage despite the set only being announced that morning.

It was Pulp's fourth Glastonbury appearance but their first for nine years and as they came on stage, frontman Jarvis Cocker told the crowd: 'We couldn't think of anything to get you so we brought the sunshine.'

After their set, which included some of their biggest hits including Disco 2000 and Common People, he added: 'Thanks Glastonbury, obviously it's been a very important place for us. When we played in '95 things took off for us and we went in a strange orbit around the earth, and now we're back home in one piece.'

Jade Ewen flashes an impressive pair of pins as she performs at charity festival

They've not played a live gig for quite a while now so no doubt their fans were delighted to see them up on stage again.

However, we suspect all eyes were on singer Jade Ewen and her incredibly long legs.

The pop star showed off an enviable pair of pins as she took to the stage with band mates Amelle Berrabah and Heidi Range yesterday.

Jade, 23, strutted her stuff in a short grey leather dress which she teamed with a towering pair of black stilettos which made her legs look even longer.

In comparison, Amelle and Heidi opted for something a little more demure.

Amelle, 27, wore a knee-length ruched black skirt and sheer grey vest top, while Heidi, 28, decided on an outfit of wide-legged blue trousers and a furry black vest top.

The girls were part of the line-up at the Music on The Hill festival in West Malling in Kent.

The concert was held to raise money for the Dermelza Hospice Care for Children and The Children's Development Trust, and also saw performances by Katherine Jenkins, McFly, Stacey Solomon and ABC.

Sugababes last played together in May when they travelled to Morocco to play at the annual Mawazine Festival in Rabat.

But they haven't played in front of a huge crowd since the V Festival last August, but if they were nervous they certainly didn't seem to show it.

In fact, they looked excited to be back performing again as they performed some of their hits.

Fans are eagerly awaiting some new material from the trio since their last album Sweet 7, which was originally set for a late November 2009 release, didn't hit the shops until March 2010.

They are believed to be working on their eighth studio album after initially announcing they had started work on it in April last year.

Earlier this month, the girl band signed with a three-album deal with Sony after making the decision to leave former label Island Records and their new single Freedom is due out in the next few months.

Delta Goodrem and Nick Jonas are reunited with a kiss at the airport

She was snapped arriving at Los Angeles International Airport with a huge smile on her face.

And now we know why, because shortly afterwards Delta Goodrem was reunited with her new beau Nick Jonas outside the terminal building.

The 26-year-old Australian singer greeted her new pop star boyfriend with a hug and a kiss as she met him in the car park outside.

Looking relaxed and happy, she beamed at photographers as she arrived in LA wearing light blue jeans and a coral coloured top.

She then headed to her car to drop off her handbag before making her way back to the airport to pick up the 18-year-old musician.

The couple, who have been seeing each other for the past few weeks, looked very happy to see each other as they embrace in front of other travellers.

They then climbed into Delta's car and whisked off to an unknown destination.

They have been keeping quiet about their new relationship, but they appear to be going from strength to strength as these pictures show.

Delta announced her split from former Westlife singer Brian McFadden on April 1.

But at the end of May, she and Nick were spotted hand-in-hand going for a bite to eat having just returned from a tropical holiday in Bali.

Her teenage beau has his own band Nick Jonas and the Administration, and they appeared on chat show The View at the beginning of June but he refused to talk about his new relationship.

The pair have been spending considerable amount of time together in recent months working on the former Neighbours' star's latest album.

On March 5, three weeks before she announced her split from long-time love Brian, the singer tweeted a picture of the pair with their arms around each other in the studio with Jonas Brothers bass guitarist Greg Garbowsky.

Delta and Brian struck up a romance after recording their duet Almost Here in 2004.

They issued a joint statement announcing their split in April.

They said: ‘This decision has been made with a lot of soul searching from both parties with the realisation that they have grown apart.'

McFadden later took to his Twitter page, writing: ‘I love Delta and always will. She is one of God's living angels. I thank her for giving me the best years of my life. Please give us time x.’

Baywatch star Nicole Eggert looked ready to hatch as she celebrated her baby shower at her Los Angeles home

Nicole Eggert is best known for donning a red swimsuit in Nineties show Baywatch.

But the 39-year-old looked ready to pop yesterday as she celebrated her pregnancy with a festive baby shower at her Los Angeles home.

She was joined by 30 friends as she enjoyed the outdoor party in the California sunshine.

She wore denim shorts and a empire style lavender top with spaghetti straps.

Nicole was the perfect hostess making sure she spoke to all of her guests who were their to celebrate her impending arrival.

She is expecting her second child, a baby girl, next month.

The actress recently appeared on Celebrity Fit Club where she spoke about her struggle with her weight.

But her extra pounds are now for a great reason as she looked like her due date was imminent.

Nicole famously showed off her body alongside Pamela Anderson during beach scenes on Baywatch.

But since the end of the show she has struggled to recreate the same success.

The actress seems to have found happiness again after enduring a tumultuous relationship with ex-boyfriend Leor Diman.

She filed papers in 2007 accusing him of berating her and burning her with cigarettes.

Nicole is also mother to 12-year-old daughter Dilyn.

John Battsek and Jemima Khan at the Ark ball

When she splashed out £15million on an Oxfordshire pile three months ago, it seemed certain that Jemima Khan was planning to settle down with her long-term love, literary agent Luke Janklow.

However, the millionairess writer and campaigner has in fact split from the equally wealthy Mr Janklow and is now dating Oscar-winning filmmaker John Battsek, 47.

Miss Khan, 37, made her public debut with Mr Battsek at the glossy Ark ball, attended by Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge.

A source close to New York-based Mr Janklow, 42, said that Miss Khan’s fear of flying had put a toll on their relationship.

Ten years ago Miss Khan was on board a flight to Kenya that was knocked off course, diving thousands of feet, after a passenger tried to seize control.

At the time, her mother, Lady Annabel Goldsmith said: 'Jemima was frightened of flying even before the incident, she’s petrified now.'

Yesterday, it was reported that Jemima had taken a fear-of-flying class at Gatwick Airport after being forced to take anti-anxiety drug Xanax every time she flew.

A friend said: ‘Luke was having to fly over to London all the time to see Jemima. They got on well, but it made life very difficult for both of them. Jemima just could not cope with flying to New York.’

Miss Khan, who has two sons, Sulaiman, 14, and Kasim, 12, with her ex-husband, former Pakistan cricket star Imran Khan, was in a three-year romance with actor Hugh Grant.

She had been seeing Mr Janklow — dubbed the ‘hottest straight man in publishing’  — since 2009. In January, they were seen looking in jewellers on London’s Bond Street, prompting rumours of an engagement.

However, she is now believed to be ‘extremely happy’ with Mr Battsek, who won an Oscar for his documentary One Day In September, about the tragic events at the 1972 Olympics.

The pair are said to have met through Jemima’s brother, financier Ben Goldsmith, as Mr Battsek co-produced his film, Fire In Babylon, the tale of the West Indies cricket team of 1974-84.

Battsek was most recently linked to actress Lisa Edelstein, who stars in House with Hugh Laurie.

A friend of Jemima’s confirms she and Battsek are dating.
