The cover of the highly likely issue leaked early and we have previously seen a behind the scenes shot of Lindsay Lohan dressed only in a silk dressing gown on the set of the shoot.
But now the men's magazine has released the first shot of the actress from the inside spread - and it is clear Lindsay is channeling her inner blonde bombshell.
The 24-year-old actress is seen reclining with her white blonde hair tumbling over her shoulders, her arm raised above her head.
With her red glossy lips parted,  Lindsay is seen pouting and staring into the camera with her eyes moderately hidden under her huge eyelashes.
Fans of the magazine will no doubt feel short changed by the 'nude shot' which reveals only a hint of her chest.
While plenty of flesh is on show is seems her skin has been airbrushed significantly in parts with few freckles on show.
Yesterday a snap showing Lindsay on the set of the photo shoot was revealed.
The Mean Girls actress was captured before the airbrush, clutching a cigarette and teasing onlookers as her dressing gown gaped open.
With her Marilyn Monroe locks cascading down her shoulders, LiLo clearly looks striking - but there is something painful about the image; a little girl lost beneath lashings of red lipstick and a confused expression.
The picture highlights just how petite Lohan is, with her super slender legs poking out beneath the hemline and thighs the same width as her calves.
LiLo's issue was due to be released in January, but Playboy founder Hugh Hefner has now revealed it may be available next week.

Meanwhile, further drama has unfolded for Lohan after her handbag was stolen yesterday in Hawaii.
Hours later the Chanel handbag was returned, but it was said to be $10,000 lighter than when it went missing.
The 25-year-old jetted off to the island paradise to take a break from her community service stint at the Los Angeles County morgue, after first getting permission to travel from her probation officer.
Lindsay's spokesman, Steve Honig, has confirmed to the Mail Online that the star's purse was indeed stolen and has now been returned.
Honig said: 'Everything was still in the purse, except the cash she was carrying with her.'
Lohan claims that the items were stolen from the white convertible Jeep that she has been driving around the island during her stay.
According to TMZ, the bag contained her passport, probation paperwork giving her permission to be in the islands and $10,000 cash.
Lindsay is expected to return to California this week, but without a government issued ID, she would not have been able to fly.
Lindsay and her sister Ali have been taking in the scenery and enjoying the picturesque setting in Hawaii.
The troubled starlet is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday in Los Angeles for a status hearing.

Lindsay Lohan told a Miami reporter that she was disappointed that she didn't get a coveted role in Portman's hit film Black Swan

She hasn't been seen on the big screen for over a year, mostly due to her continuous legal woes and recent house arrest.

But it appears that Lindsay Lohan still thinks her acting chops are up to the standard of Oscar-winning actress' such as Natalie Portman.

The 25-year-old troubled actress, who was back at work today on the music video set for Miggs' 'Let the Games Begin' told a Miami reporter that she was disappointed that she didn't get a coveted role in Portman's hit film Black Swan.

The proclamation came during a recent photoshoot for Plum Miami magazine in Miami, which took place back in May before her house arrest.

Although Lindsay posed for the magazine, she refused to do an interview with the publication's writer Jacquelynn Powers, prompting the journalist to instead write an unflattering profile about Lindsay on the set of the shoot.

During her time in Miami, Lindsay claimed she 'took ballet until she was 19 and was indignant that she was not considered for the movie Black Swan,' Powers said.

And the Mean Girls star's diva antics didn't stop there.

According to Powers, Lohan was difficult from the word go.

When the actress arrived for the job, Powers witnessed her tell off a valet and using her 'name' so she didn't have to wait for other cars to move out of her way.

'As we pulled up to the Fontainebleau, a bright-orange parking cone was blocking the entrance. Not accustomed to waiting, apparently, she lowered the car's window and shouted "Move that cone. I'm Lindsay Lohan." And it was done,' revealed Powers.

She added of Lohan's attitude during the shoot: '(She was) constantly looking for drama, whether it was picking a fight with her younger sister...or freaking out over a lost pair of Zanotti heels.'

And the proof is in the pudding, it seems, in the form of a video of the shoot for Bravo's show Double Exposure.

In the clip, the actress is seen turning up late for the job, costing the magazine $100,000 for going into overtime.

As soon as she walks onto the set, Lohan, who is puffing away at a cigarette, heads straight to a window and says 'Can I open this?'

She then proceeds to struts over to some outfits laid out on the table, picking up a garment saying: 'This is Ungaro, I did this for Ungaro.' 

What she is referring to is her critically panned 2010 Autumn/Winter collection for French design house Emanuel Ungaro.

In order to placate the actress and stroke her ego, someone on the set then in turn says: 'Wow you are so talented.'

Throughout the photoshoot, a jittery Lohan is seen nervously laughing as she poses for the camera.

'There's so many people watching me right now,' she says.

And halfway through, when hairstylist attempts to touch up her hair, Lohan snaps, insisting that her hair must be kept down, prompting the actress to tell him off.

'It's my hair, not yours,' she snaps.

Then, when Lohan is asked to pose on a stripper pole, she inspects it, claiming that it is dirty.

After being handed a wet wipe by a male assistant, she proceeds to clean it, all whilst screwing up her face, finally hurling the dirty tissue back to the man.

Her strange behaviour even makes the photographer nervous.

'(She has) a dangerous element to her presence,' he says off to the side.

'You never know what's gonna happen in the next 2-1/2 seconds. Is she gonna bite you?' he asks.

Later as the crew gush over Lohan's sexy rock and roll poses, she is told by a woman: "Lindsay, you are the most beautiful woman in the world."

To which Lohan brashly replies: 'Tell Samantha that,' referring to her girlfriend, DJ Samantha Ronson.

Powers also revealed that during the shoot Lohan sipped on a glass of wine, all while talking frankly about being alcohol free.

And, even though Lohan failed to give her interview to the writer, she still refused to leave the expensive hotel that the magazine was footing the bill for her to stay in.

'Monday morning was supposed to be check-out time, but Lindsay and her posse refused to leave,' Powers wrote.

'It was like watching the lights come on at a nightclub after-hours -- not pretty.'

The legally troubled star, who spent 35 days under house arrest for a probation violation, has been very socially active since regaining her freedom, last month.

She celebrated her 25th birthday on the 2nd July by joining friends for a dinner out before spending two days relaxing on the beach in Malibu and celebrating Independence Day.

She was joined by ex-girlfriend Courtenay Semel who sat alongside her on the sand as they waited for a fireworks display to start.

Lindsay recently said she was looking forward to getting back to work following her lengthy legal battles.

In an interview conducted during her house arrest, she spoke about her upcoming role alongside John Travolta in mob boss movie GOTTI: In The Shadow Of My Father.

Talking about the role, Lindsay said: 'In October I’ll begin work. I hope to spend next year on set.'

Lindsay Lohan goes hell for leather in her latest court outfit

Lindsay Lohan sasyahed back into court today for yet another hearing in her felony theft case.

The 24-year-old actress, whose courtroom attire attracts as much attention as her legal woes, this time arrived in a $725 leather sheath by Raquel Allegra - a designer famous for customising T-shirts once worn by inmates of LA County Jail.

Inside the courtroom, she was given one last chance to accept a plea deal in the case which sees her accused of stealing a necklace from a Venice jewellery store.

She could be back in court March 25 if she decides to accept a plea agreement but if not, a hearing will be held next month to determine if there is enough evidence for her to stand trial.

On that date she could also be jailed for violating her probation - and stay behind bars until the start of her trial.

During a short hearing at the Airport Branch Courthouse, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Keith L. Schwartz scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 22 before fellow Judge Stephanie Sautner.

But Schwartz also tentatively scheduled a hearing in his court for March 25 - but said that hearing would be held only if the 24-year-old star was prepared to enter into a plea agreement, which would likely lead to jail time.

If no plea agreement is reached, the April 22 court date will also include a hearing to determine if Lohan violated her probation in a 2007 misdemeanor DUI case.

Schwartz pleaded with attorneys to maintain confidentiality in the case, complaining that there were persistent leaks to media outlets.

The actress was 5 minutes late for the court appearance.

At a Feb. 23 hearing, Judge Schwartz told the Mean Girls star that she would face a preliminary hearing before Judge Stephanie Sautner if she didn't settle the case accusing her of a felony count of grand theft.

Sautner would also conduct a hearing to determine if Lohan had violated her probation in a 2007 misdemeanor DUI case, Schwartz said last month.

Lohan is accused of walking out of Kamofie & Co. on Abbot Kinney Boulevard on Jan. 22 with a necklace valued at $2,500.

She was charged Feb. 9 and is free on $40,000 bail.

The jewellery store has since come under fire for releasing surveillance videotape of the actress inside the shop the day she allegedly stole the necklace. The store owners, Geoff and Sofia Kaman, announced Wednesday they plan to eventually auction off the necklace and donate the proceeds to charity.

At last month's hearing, Schwartz told Lohan that she would face 'jail time' if she pleaded guilty or no 'contest in his courtroom.

'The issue is what it is,' the judge said of the amount of jail time.

Schwartz said Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers had given Lohan's attorney, Shawn Holley, 'an offer' in chambers to resolve the case and had 'very clearly' laid out their position on this case, but publicly stated his doubts that Lohan would take the proposed deal.

'I get the impression you're not going to accept the D.A.'s offer,' he told Lohan, vowing to treat her the same as he treated any other defendants who appear before him.

A day after the charge was filed against her, Lohan issued a denial via Twitter, writing, 'fyi -- I would never steal, in case people are wondering.'

Lindsay Lohan's father was reportedly rushed to a hospital after he experienced chest pains.
 
According to TMZ, Michael Lohan was at a local doctor''s office for a consultation about fixing his nose (it''s been broken several times).
 
But after he started having chest pains, a nurse took his blood pressure and found it was high enough -- reportedly 200/110 -- to call 911, reports USmagazine.

Lindsay Lohan's Rehab Schedule

Lindsay Lohan might be safely hidden away inside the famous Betty Ford Center, but that doesn't mean the world has lost interest in her!

If you're wondering how Lindsay is spending her time while she's in rehab, we've got the answers.

According to radaronline.com, a source who is a former Betty Ford patient says that Lindsay's day would include mediation, group and individual therapy, grief group and exercise.

Caffeine is banned, but strangely enough cigarettes are allowed. There is no TV, phones can only be used on Sundays, and family visits won't start until she's been there for three weeks.

She'll also be sharing a room with five other women.

Lindsay Lohan sent back to jail

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan was sent to jail again a week after she admitted that she failed a drug test ordered by the court. Los Angeles county sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore told reporters Lindsay will be housed in "administrative segregation" because of her celebrity status for her Lindsay will be housed in "administrative segregation" because of her celebrity status for her safety and the safety of the jail system. 

He also said the only way she could be released before her probation hearing on Oct 22 is if the judge issues another order, tmz.com reported.

The Mean Girls star was in court because she failed two drug tests -- in one she tested positive for cocaine and the other for Adderall.

Judge Fox did not hear any arguments from the lawyers before making his ruling.

"It's shocking because the underlying offence is a misdemeanour, and people connected with the case were telling us the judge had to offer Lindsay bail, Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley was quoted as saying.

Lohan confirmed in a Twitter posting last week that she had failed a court-ordered drug test. The random tests Lohan is subjected to twice a week are part of her punishment from her time behind bars and in rehabilitation.

Lohan spent three weeks at a drug-rehabilitation programme last month. She went into the rehab programme after serving 13 days in jail for violating her probation.

After her release from the rehabilitation programme, Fox ordered Lohan to remain in Los Angeles, participate in psychotherapy counselling and chemical dependency sessions, in addition to 12-step meetings. She was also ordered to submit to random drug and alcohol testing no less than twice a week and attend behavioural therapy classes twice a week.

The judge told Snooki “Going through life rude, profane, obnoxious, and self-indulgent is not the way you want to go through life.”

Although Snooki was shocked by the judge’s scathing remarks, the judge was not quite done yet, he went on to question if Snooki’s offence was a scripted going to win publicity for the show. The Judge said that he suspects Snooki is a puppet at the hands of the show’s producers and creators, who can go to any length to get publicity. Lindsay Lohan on the wrong side of law

Lindsay Lohan’s string of ill-fated incidents has just begun. After barely being released for just a few days from her rehab she is soon in trouble as she was recently caught by the cops in Los Angeles  for driving over  a stop sign.Linday was in the car with her friend Eilat Anschel at 11 pm last Friday when the incident occurred. Being a party animal Lindsay was on her way to Chateau Marmont, nightclub.

According to reports by TMZ, the cops were on a close vigil when the incident occurred right in front of their eyes. Lohan was stopped by the cops but luckily she was left with a warning. Lindsay has already had a brush of law early in life and she should be careful of such incidents in the future. Lindsay will start shooting for “Inferno” in the month of November in Louisiana so any kind of untoward incident will ruin her career. Lindsay looked very disturbed when the cops pulled her up. Lohan is presently undergoing a series of treatment on drug treatment and psycho counseling after she was released from rehab. She has also been ordered by the court to provide the details of drug and alcohol testing twice  a week ,attend behavioral counseling courses weekly and will also have to provide seven contacts a week with  a counselor for chemical dependency .

Her rehab bills were reported to be $130,000 plus she need to pay an additional amount for all her medical bills. So she should concentrate on getting her life back on the tracks

Lindsay Lohan faces jail if she fails drug tests

Lindsay Lohan will be locked back up behind bars if she fails random drug and alcohol tests, a judge warned today (Wednesday)

he Mean Girls star must submit to random tests twice a week and take part in psychotherapy sessions for at least four days a week in exchange for her early release from rehab.

She must also reside in California until November 1, attend behaviour therapy sessions twice a week and follow the 12-step programme for recovering addicts.

“She has to work with a 12-step counsellor, or go to AA… as long as it’s within the 12-step context,” Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said.

“She has changed. She’s healthy, clean-headed, positive and looking forward.”

Lohan, 24, was released from the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital on Tuesday, after spending just 23 days as a rehab inpatient.

The blonde actress was originally ordered to serve three months at the facility following her release from jail, but doctors deemed the rehab stint was unnecessarily long.

Lohan was jailed last month after a judge deemed she had violated the conditions of her probation from a 2007 DUI conviction.

She served just 13 days of a 90-day sentence and then checked into rehab to start a court-ordered 90-day treatment programme.

Lindsay Lohan shed tears inside the jail

Lindsay Lohan's area of the jail is reportedly predominantly populated by women doing time for murder.

According to TMZ.com, the Mean Girls star, however, got bit of a relief when her mother Dina and sister Ali visited her in the Lynwood Correctional Facility.


"Tears were shed," the New York Daily News quoted a source as telling RadarOnline.com. "The visit was very emotional, but Lindsay's spirits were lifted when she saw her mom and sister. Dina seemed relieved to see Lindsay and that she was staying strong," the source added.

Robert Shapiro quits as Lindsay Lohan's lawyer

Attorney Robert Shapiro has reportedly turned his back on Lindsay Lohan by quitting as her lawyer on the eve of her surrender.

Shapiro was to step in officially in front of the court as Lohan s new counsel as the actress prepares to surrender for her 90-day jail sentence Tuesday.

Earlier Shawn Chapman Holley, who had been representing the actress, resigned after Lohan was sentenced for violating her DUI (driving under influence) probation.

Shapiro had filed papers last week in Los Angeles Superior Court to become Lohan s new lawyer. Accesshollywood.com reports, at that time, he indicated he was taking Lohan s case with a condition that "she comply with the terms of probation, including a requirement of jail."

After Shapiro took over, Lohan checked into the Pickford Lofts, a sober living house founded by Shapiro.

The lawyer has refused to comment over the reports.

Lindsay Lohan gets 90 days in jail for violating probation term

Troubled US actress Lindsay Lohan was on Tuesday ordered to spend 90 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation by drinking.

Lohan broke into tears in the courtroom as Judge Marsha Revel announced her judgement.

In addition to her jail sentence, Revel ordered Lohan to spend three months in a rehabilitation clinic after finding that she had failed to attend rehab courses in recent months that had been ordered in an earlier ruling.

The 24-year-old actress avoided arrest in June when her representatives posted part of a $200,000 bail after an alcohol bracelet detected that she had been drinking after the MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles.

Lohan was fitted with the bracelet earlier this year as part of her probation after two previous convictions of drunk driving dating back to 2007.

"Can CHANEL please help me out by getting me some stickers to put on my scram bracelet so that I can at least wear a chic dress?! maybe!?," Lohan tweeted Thursday night.

Lindsay Lohan demands $100 m for 'milkaholic' advertise

It’s  Lindsay Lohan vs. the  E*Trade babies after the Hollywood hellcat filed a $100 million suit against the financial services company for portraying her as a “milkaholic” boyfriend beggar!

The 23-year-old Tinseltown trainwreck claims that a ditzy toddler appearing in one of the company’s popular talking baby ads is modeled after her and improperly invokes her “likeness, name, characterization and personality without permission.”

The ad, which debuted during Super Bowl XLIV in February, features a baby boy apologizing to his girlfriend for not calling her the night before. His excuse: He was working on his portfolio.

“That milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?” the baby girl demands just before another baby girl pops onscreen asking, “Milk-a-whaaat?”

Lohan filed the lawsuit Monday and claims the ad violated her rights under New York state civil-rights law.

“Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E*Trade is using that knowledge to profit,” Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, said in a statement to the New York Post . “They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan.”

A spokesperson for Grey Group, which produced the “milkaholic” commercial, claimed it’s all a misunderstanding.

The company, he said, “just used a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team.”

Lohan’s lawsuit also seeks an injunction barring the spot from any further airings.

The former child star has had a long-running battle with the bottle. In 2007, Lohan was ordered to spend a day in jail, enroll in an alcohol education program and was put on probation for three years after admitting to drunken driving and cocaine possession.

Actress-singer Lindsay Lohan has brushed off speculation that she is dating Jason Segel. She insists that they are just co-workers.

These rumours started doing the round when paparazzi saw her leaving from Segel's home.

Lindsay Lohan has slammed reports that she failed to return loaned designer accessories.

The actress allegedly borrowed jewels from jeweller Arielle de Pinto during Paris Fashion Week but left the country without giving them back to fashion chiefs.

The Mean Girls star, who has been named in missing jewellery scandal twice before, denied the story.

"Especially considering the people at the company are my friends and we laughed at this. F for failed attempt," she added.
