Halle Berry to fight for daughter's custody

Halle Berry is planning to take ex Gabriel Aubry, 35, to court to fight for the custody of their daughter, Nahla, 2.

"Halle Berry was forced to pull out of a film production in New York this week due to pending custody litigation involving her daughter," her publicist told the New York Daily News in a statement.

"She has attempted to resolve these custody issues amicably with her daughter''s father, Gabriel Aubry, directly, but given his lack of cooperation, Halle has no choice but to seek swift judicial intervention.

"Halle has serious concerns for her daughter''s well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her.

"Halle has always made the needs and safety of her daughter her first priority and, both while Halle and Gabriel were a couple and since their break-up, Halle has only acted in her daughter''s best interest," the statement continued

Amy Winehouse back in hospital

Amy Winehouse has checked into a private medical facility in London after falling ill with influenza, according to her publicist.

The " Rehab" singer has been admitted to a clinic in Harley Street. It is the same facility where she had a breast augmentation in 2009, reports dailystar.co.uk.
The 27-year old singer returned to the clinic several times during 2010 due to complications following the procedure, as well as checking in after injuring herself in a drunken fall.

Now, she is back under doctors care after picking up influenza following her recent gigs in Brazil.

"It's nothing serious - she's just got a virus," said her spokesperson.

Spearheaded by Aditya Chopra, the movie will be directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya (Victor). Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra will continue in their much loved roles of Jai Dixit and Ali. The film will begin shooting end of this year and is slated for a 2012 Christmas release. When contacted, Aamir said, "It is indeed a pleasure to be working with Yashji and Adi again. Dhoom is a great franchise, most entertaining and full of fun. Everytime I hear the theme tune of Dhoom it brings a swing to my step. Victor's script really won me over and I look forward to working with him."

Speaking about Dhoom:3, Yash Chopra adds, "It's a great pleasure to have Aamir working with our banner. I am terribly excited with what an actor like Aamir can bring to the Dhoom franchise with his unique star power and level of performance. Adi and Victor have worked over a year to bring out, what I can now confidently say, is possibly one of the best scripts coming out of our production house."
