Nick Jonas introduces new love Delta Goodrem to his family at mother's birthday dinner

Nick Jonas romance with Delta Goodrem reached a new milestone last night after he introduced the Australian singer to his family.

The 18-year-old Jonas Brothers star took the 26-year-old along to his mother Denise's birthday celebration at LA restaurant, Villa Blanca.

Nick's older brother Kevin, 23, and his wife Danella also joined in the dinner at the celebrity haunt, which is owned by Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump.

The pair left the establishment hand-in-hand, with Goodrem carrying a single red rose.

The blonde, a huge star in Australia with ambitions to break America, opted for a suitably demure pink dress with gold detailing and a cardigan.

he also wore flat gold sandals to avoid towering over her young beau.

She was first romantically linked to musician Jonas in May, shortly after her seven-year relationship with Irish singer Brian McFadden ended.

While Jonas has so far not directly commented on his new romance, he has said that he is 'in a really good place' and feels 'blessed'.

The teen hearthrob's rumoured former flames include Disney stars Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez.

Delta Goodrem and Nick Jonas are reunited with a kiss at the airport

She was snapped arriving at Los Angeles International Airport with a huge smile on her face.

And now we know why, because shortly afterwards Delta Goodrem was reunited with her new beau Nick Jonas outside the terminal building.

The 26-year-old Australian singer greeted her new pop star boyfriend with a hug and a kiss as she met him in the car park outside.

Looking relaxed and happy, she beamed at photographers as she arrived in LA wearing light blue jeans and a coral coloured top.

She then headed to her car to drop off her handbag before making her way back to the airport to pick up the 18-year-old musician.

The couple, who have been seeing each other for the past few weeks, looked very happy to see each other as they embrace in front of other travellers.

They then climbed into Delta's car and whisked off to an unknown destination.

They have been keeping quiet about their new relationship, but they appear to be going from strength to strength as these pictures show.

Delta announced her split from former Westlife singer Brian McFadden on April 1.

But at the end of May, she and Nick were spotted hand-in-hand going for a bite to eat having just returned from a tropical holiday in Bali.

Her teenage beau has his own band Nick Jonas and the Administration, and they appeared on chat show The View at the beginning of June but he refused to talk about his new relationship.

The pair have been spending considerable amount of time together in recent months working on the former Neighbours' star's latest album.

On March 5, three weeks before she announced her split from long-time love Brian, the singer tweeted a picture of the pair with their arms around each other in the studio with Jonas Brothers bass guitarist Greg Garbowsky.

Delta and Brian struck up a romance after recording their duet Almost Here in 2004.

They issued a joint statement announcing their split in April.

They said: ‘This decision has been made with a lot of soul searching from both parties with the realisation that they have grown apart.'

McFadden later took to his Twitter page, writing: ‘I love Delta and always will. She is one of God's living angels. I thank her for giving me the best years of my life. Please give us time x.’
