Britney Spears wants her kids back

Britney Spears wants to care for her children full-time.

The 28-year-old singer - who has been under the conservatorship of her father Jamie Spears since her much-publicised breakdown in January 2008 - has reportedly told ex-husband Kevin Federline she wants to get back custody of her sons, Sean Preston, five, and four-year-old Jayden James, and have the boys live with her and current partner Jason Trawick.

Kevin still officially has sole custody of the boys, although the youngsters split their time between both parents.

A source said: "It's getting harder and harder for her to hand the boys back to Kevin after each visit. Britney dreams of marrying Jason and having the kids live with them - she'd even like to have more children too.

"She won't be happy until the boys are with her full-time. All she wants is to get her life back, without having to ask her dad's permission to do everything."

However, Kevin has told his ex-wife - who sees the boys every week - he wants to keep custody of their sons, who live with him and his girlfriend Victoria Prince in Los Angeles.

The source added: "Britney and Kevin's relationship is amicable - Kevin likes Jason and knows he's a stable influence on Britney.

"He's told her she can visit them every day but there's no way he's handing them over full time."

Under the terms of their current custody agreement, Britney pays Kevin $15,000 a month to look after the kids and promised to continue giving him the sum even if he gives the children back, an offer the former dancer refused.

The insider told Closer magazine: "At first, Britney thought it was because he was afraid of losing the money, so she offered him an out-of-court settlement, meaning he'd get the money regardless of who the boys live with.

"But he's told her he fears she's still too unstable and could go off the rails again."

The pop star's conservatorship order could come to an end within the next few months following a meeting she had with Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Reva Goetz in October to assess her general wellbeing in regards to making a decision on handing back control of her affairs.

Britney Spears has posted Twitpics from the set of ‘Glee’, confirming her appearance on the hit show.

Spears also gave fans a preview of the promotion of her upcoming tribute. "Britney Spears is pop culture, and I think she''s been through a lot," the Sydney Morning Herald quoted Glee creator Ryan Murphy as saying.

Britney's back! Glowing Spears hits the studio... and she looks better than ever

With her glowing skin, slim figure and casually tied back hair, it seems life is looking up for Britney Spears.

The once-troubled singer spent hours in the studio today, working hard on her new album.

Pictures showed her smiling and laughing as she arrived, carrying one of her favourite iced coffees.

She kept her fans up to date, tweeting: 'Spending the day in the studio recording.

And while Britney's casual outfit was her usual off-duty uniform of denim shorts and vest top, she wore it well, looking healthy and wholesome.

It was certainly a change for the once-troubled 28-year-old.

Just last month Britney was seen with huge matted sections in her hair.

There were even apparent bald patches from where her extensions, which she has worn since she infamously shaved her hair, had been pulled out.

And just a few months ago her father banned her from leaving the house without a bra after being embarrassed by paparazzi photos.

But for now it seems he has no more need to worry.

Whereas once she was known for her outrageous behaviour, Britney's conduct has been impeccable of late.

Britney is even set to star in a tribute episode of hit show Glee, which she has been excitedly tweeting updates about.

Boyfriend Jason Trawick has been credited with helping his girlfriend get her life back on track.

Her former manager, he stepped down to avoid any conflict when their relationship became serious.

Britney Spears accused of sexually harassing bodyguard

In an odd turn of events, it now seems that Britney Spears has been accused of sexually harassing her bodyguard. Reports go on to show that the former policeman, Fernando Flores, age 29, has quit his job as the pop star’s head bodyguard after the mother of two allegedly paraded around him naked on numerous occasions.

Despite the fact that most men would not mind a pop star walking around naked in front of them, Flores is now reportedly considering a sexual harassment lawsuit against Miss Spears. A friend of the bodyguard went on to say that she was always giving him the come on, and he felt if he did not reciprocate he could lose his job.

The bodyguard finally handed in his notice last week. He said that working for Britney is tough. He said that she is a nightmare to deal with, and her emotions are totally out of control. She apparently runs around her house naked and yells at staff.

Flores said that the situation has increasingly become unbearable for him. He was finally motivated to quit when he was blamed by Britney’s father, Jamie, for the singer going out without any underwear. Flores’s friend said that, unfortunately for Fernando, she took a liking to him. Thus, he was under more pressure than most.

The friend said that he wanted to be a good security guard and look after her, but the situation became unbearable. It was really embarrassing to have to tell her to put on underwear.

Other experts claim that they are not sure his story checks out. Maybe during his time there, he did not mind her walking around in that manner, but now feels that he can use that as a way to make some extra money.

Britney Spears has become the first person to break the 5 million follower’s wall on Twitter, less than a week after passing Ashton Kutcher to become the social networking site's most popular account user.

The star celebrated becoming No. 1 earlier this week by taking fan questions, revealing that her favorite of her own songs is "Toxic," her desert island necessities are her "boots, water and my CD collection," and she'd love to duet with British singer Robbie Williams.

As of Saturday afternoon, Britney had 5,015,346 followers, with Ashton trailing at 4,982,734. Notably, Ashton does his own Tweeting, while Britney's account is a mix of the star's posts and ones from her team and management.

Among her pop world competitors, Brit has nearly 800,000 followers more than Lady Gaga, who reached a landmark of her own this year by notching over a billion YouTube views of her music videos - a record.

Britney Spears celebrated her 28th birthday with her sons- Preston, Jayden- and ‘boyfriend’ Jason Trawick.

The singer reportedly took spa services at LA's Mondrian hotel before starting celebrations on the eve of the special day.

She then headed to the Sunset strip with her kids and lover, where they visited both the Saddleback Ranch restaurant and Chateau Marmont.

And, on the following day, Spears and Trawick shopped at West Hollywood's Fred Segal boutique. Later, they joined the kids at her home in Calabasas.

"Britney looked so happy. She seemed very excited to spend her morning with Jason," People magazine quoted a source as saying.

Another source added: "Britney is very happy to spend the day with Preston and Jayden. The kids know it's her birthday …[They] are very excited about Britney's cake too."

Jason Trawick hasn't rejected Britney Spears's wedding proposal

Britney Spears, who is currently touring Australia, is happy and her agent-boyfriend Jason Trawick hasn't rejected her wedding proposal, clarifies a source close to the couple.

Reports that Trawick abruptly left the country after rejecting her wedding proposal are "100 percent absolutely false", says the source. "There was no proposal and they were never engaged.

The couple, who know each other for more than six months, had spent time together across Australia with Spears' two sons - Preston and Jayden.

When Trawick headed back to Los Angeles instead of spending the holidays, it was simply a matter of logistics. "Jason spent more time in Australia than originally planned. They are very happy," said the source.
