Pregnant Alicia Keys tumbles onstage

The singer, who was wearing stiletto heels, tumbled backwards and fell while singing "Love Is Blind". She, however, refused to let the incident disrupt her show. She climbed back to her feet and took her place at the piano to continue the song.

A source close to the star insists that the mother and baby were unharmed in the incident, reports contactmusic.

After the show, Keys is taking maternity leave to prepare for the birth of her first child with her fiance, producer Swizz Beatz.

The Grammy Award-winning R&B singer has been engaged with producer Swizz Beatz, who has written hits for Beyonce, Jay-Z and others. They're engaged to be married at a private ceremony later this year.
