Need to brush up on your dancing skills? Then look no further.
Glee star Heather Morris is seen here in an eyebrow-raising dance video filmed for Esquire magazine.
The 24-year-old actress, who plays cheerleader Brittany Pierce, slips into a racy black swimsuit as she shakes her stuff for the mag's Top 50 Songs of 2011 piece.
Morris throws off her dressing gown before commencing her performance to songs by the likes of The Strokes, Raphael Saadiq and Deadmau5.
And she also offers tips to men who want to look the part on the dance floor in the accompanying interview for the May issue of the American Esquire.
She advises: 'You don't want to be too cool. But you don't want to be too dorky.
'Still, I find it so much better to see a guy at a club being a dork, and having fun, than trying to be sexy.'
She adds: 'I can't stand it when someone comes up behind a girl and grabs her hips and tries to grind with her. It's offensive. Why would you do that to me?'
For those who are not so adept in the dancing stakes, Heather says: 'The simplest way to do something cool is the cross-turn.
'Like in the '80s - Michael Jackson did it. You jump and cross your legs together at the same time, and then spin out of it. That's it.'
She continues, describing the secret of moonwalking: 'You have to have slick shoes, or else your feet would get stuck. And you trick people.
'Your right foot pops, and you're pushing your left foot back, and once your left foot lands, you do the same thing. It just looks like you're gliding on air.'
Morris's character on Glee became a regular in season two due to the positive response she received.
In the second episode of season two she performed alongside guest star Britney Spears, making her singing debut, covering I'm a Slave 4 U and dueting with co-star Naya Rivera on Me Against the Music.
