Jeremy London may not be getting any acting jobs since he claimed last month he was kidnapped and forced to take drugs at gun point, but a reality show will be writing his next paycheck.
Jeremy will be checking into 'Celebrity Rehab' this weekend and will be paid $40,000 for his television rehab appearance, Radaronline.com reports. He joins Tila Tequila, Jason Wheeler and Shauna Sand in the 'Celebrity Rehab' house.
Last year Jeremy admitted to a prescription drug battle and checked into a rehab facility in September. He claims he has been clean ever since as proven by regular urine tests to retain partial custody of his son Lyrik.
Despite his new gig on 'Celebrity Rehab,' Jeremy has not publicly admitted to falling off the wagon, adhering to his story that he only got high on Ecstasy and Xanax last month because his life was at stake. His alleged kidnapper says their drug-fueled joyride was consensual and Jeremy repeatedly asked to be hooked up with drugs. This was just his acting skills working to save his life, Jeremy claims.
"If I heard someone saying this, I would probably doubt it as well," he told People. "I was acting my way through the whole thing, telling myself, 'Just play like you are one of them.'"
