Sarah Harding gets some dolphin therapy in Miami

Planning a wedding can be a stressful business, as any bride-to-be will know.

But Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding appears to have found a novel way of dealing with her nuptial nerves - by getting dolphin therapy.

The 29-year-old singer, who is set to wed fiancé Tom Crane later this year, looked delighted as she swam with dolphins in Miami.

Wearing a neon green bikini under her wetsuit, Sarah beamed as she grabbed the dolphin's fin and was taken for a ride around the pool at the Dolphin Harbor Miami Seaquarium.

She was later seen kissing the mammal and shaking its fin with her hand in the pictures taken last week.

Sarah certainly appears to be enjoying her time in Miami, after flying out to the States to help Sir Richard Branson celebrate his Virgin Atlantic airline's 25th anniversary of connecting Miami and London.

Earlier in the week, Sarah showed off her bikini body as she relaxed by her hotel pool and basked in the sunshine.

The singer has apparently hired a personal trainer in a bid to be in the best shape possible for her big day.

And the results certainly showed as Sarah flaunted an enviable six pack as she strolled around the water's edge.

Sarah said recently she often struggle to accept her figure, but has been working hard with her trainer to perfect her physique.

She said: 'I could definitely be slimmer, but I'm working on it with my trainer.

'Do I have ugly days? All the time. I have breakouts, or days when I'm pictured with a double chin. I just think, "Urgh, I want to run away and hide." '

Speaking recently, Sarah said she and Tom are on top of their wedding plans, but still have a few final details to sort out.

She said: 'What we’re after at the moment is a band for the big day.

'We have someone special in mind but if we tell everyone who it is then we don’t get them it’ll be embarrassing so we’re going to see what they say first.'

And Sarah also refused to comment on whether she would become Mrs Crane after the wedding.

She teased: 'I DO know whether or not I’m taking Tom’s surname, but I’m not saying a thing. Everyone will just have to wait and see.'

Earlier last week, Sarah fulfilled her promotional duties by posing with Branson at Miami's International Airport on Wednesday to promote the anniversary.

Clad in a little red dress resembling the uniform of the cabin crew, Sarah posed for pictures in the Virgin boss's arms on top of a wing on one of his planes.

Talking to reporters at the event, Branson said: 'This is a fantastic milestone in Virgin Atlantic’s history.

‘Miami was the second route Virgin Atlantic launched two years after the airline began and to think that we are now a world class airline with 32 long haul destinations is a dream come true.’

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes go on a Father's Day Cruise in hideous outfits

Most dads will be opening up gifts this Father's Day filled with unflattering
shirts, socks and and odd smelling after shave.

And it seems like Tom Cruise has already opened up bundle of terrible presents this year and decided to put them all on at once.

The 48-year-old actor and his wife Katie Holmes both looked like they pulled on the nearest thing to them without considering how they looked.

Tom looked like the father who tries way too hard to be cool and fails miserably.

The family celebrated Father's Day in Miami, Florida where Tom is filming the Eighties theme musical Rock of Ages.

He paired a white shirt with a red and blue trim with khaki shorts. The Top Gun star then put on bright white sneakers with white socks and paired the whole ensemble with a fedora hat.

Katie did not fair much better and despite the scorching Florida heat decided to wear a long sleeved striped sweater dress and sandals - obviously getting her seasons mixed up.

She carried Suri in her arms, as always, to the luxury yacht which they hopped on for their afternoon cruise.

After they boarded the yacht named Marquis, Katie and Suri sat on the deck while Tom kept cool inside as they sailed out to sea.

The couple have been the butt of break-up rumours pretty much from as soon as they got together six years ago.

But the loved up twosome showed that their relationship is stronger than ever and were very touchy feely at an event in Miami Beach last night.

Katie, 32, lovingly grabbed on to her husband of nearly five years from behind and Tom reciprocated and rested his hand over hers in a sweet gesture.

The couple turned up the Miami heat during a night out with the cast members from Rock of Ages including Julianne Hough and Malin Akerman.

They cosied up at Larios Cuban style bongo club and seemed to enjoy their date night in the Sunshine State.

She wore a black floral print halter dress which was cinched at the waist with a brown belt.

Tom looked like a cool dude in a black and white striped shirt and a white fedora hat with a black trim.

He had a big smile on his face with his lady love cuddled up near to him.

Obviously not fairing too badly from the night out, Katie was up bright and early this morning to see in Father's Day with Tom and their five-year-old daughter Suri.

She then ventured out for her usual ritual of getting her caffeine fix and did
not let the humid weather get in the way of her coffee run.

Having seemingly come from working out, Katie was dressed in blue leggings, a white top and had a large multi-coloured scarf thrown around her neck.

She chatted animatedly on her cell phone as she walked back to home where the family are staying while Tom continues to film his Stacee Jaxx role for Rock of Ages.

Yesterday Katie had a fun-filled day with Katie as they frolicked like any other mother and daughter at the beach.

Suri was fully clothed in a multi-coloured dress while donned a red bikini and pink denim shorts.

Cruise is undergoing an amazing transformation to play long-haired, tattooed rocker Stacee Jaxx in the film, which is due for release next year.

It tells the story of a girl who arrives in Hollywood at the height of the 1980s
rock scene and also stars Russell Brand.

It's a very different role for Tom, and Katie has given her backing to the career departure for her husband by revealing that he likes to perform at their home.

'Tom is such an amazing performer. Yes, we have music in our house and it’s amazing,' she told Access Hollywood.

Hugh Hefner and his 24-year-old bride take on the ageists

Playboy founder Hugh Hefner claims ageism has been the biggest obstacle he has had to overcome in a career marked by controversy.

Hefner, a staunch civil rights campaigner and women's liberation advocate in the '50s and '60s, has spoken out in defence of his upcoming third marriage to a former Playmate of the Year who is a third of his age.

"To begin with I fought racism, then sexism, now I'm fighting ageism," he said while in the UK to mark the reopening of the revamped London Playboy Club.

The 85-year-old magazine mogul, who is set to marry his 24-year-old fiancée Crystal Harris later this month, has said that it's only other people who have difficulty comprehending their 61-year-age difference.

"If you're in good health, age is just a number. I'm consistent. When I was 20 I was dating 20-year-old girls and now I'm 85 and I'm still dating them," he added.

"We have lots in common. A very similar sense of humour. I can't forsee having a happier relationship than this one in the years ahead for me.

"One defines oneself in one's own terms. If you let society and your peers define who you are, you're less for it," he continued.

Despite his critics, Hefner has managed to continue and grow the Playboy legacy since launching the inaugural issue of the gentleman's magazine, with Marilyn Monroe gracing the cover, in 1953.

"The Playboy man likes nothing more than mixing up cocktails and an hors d'oeuvre or two, putting a little mood music on the phonograph, and inviting a female acquaintance for a quiet discussion on Picasso, Nietzsche, jazz, sex," his first editor-in-chief note read.

Fast forward almost 60 years and the pyjama clad "Hef" is still in the full glare of the zeitgeist thanks to the iconic bunny brand, numerous reality TV shows and cameos and a social media savvy, which has created both him and his former platinum playmates - including Holly Madison and Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett - a large and younger generation of fans.

He insists the Playboy brand continues to promote a positive image to women and that it's already large female fan base is growing.

"We live in a post-feminist society where a lot of women have grown up watching things like the popular reality show that was set in the Playboy mansion. The majority of viewers of that show were young women," he said.

"I'm on Twitter and get fan messages, a lot from young women, who love Playboy and love the bunny."

Hefner and Harris are due to exchange vows in front of 300 friends and family at the Playboy Mansion on June 19. The couple confirmed to the world that they were engaged via Twitter late last year.

"Yes the ring I gave Crystal is an engagement ring. I didn't mean to make a mystery out of it. A very merry Christmas to all," he posted on December 26 before Harris retweeted it.

Jennifer Aniston is reportedly dating actor Justin Theroux after both were seen coming together at a movie awards function in Los Angeles.

Aniston, who dated music producer John Mayer and actor Vince Vaughn after her marriage to Brad Pitt ended in 2005, has been linked to Theroux in recent weeks.

At an afterparty of MTV awards, they were seen together and even posed and smiled for the shutterbugs.

"They looked very comfortable with each other. He had his arm around her for a good part of the night and they eventually left the party holding hands," dailystar.co.uk quoted a source as saying.

Mallika Sherawat who was in Cannes last month happened to meet Slumdog Millionaire beauty Frieda Pinto at a dinner. And the two seemed to get along like a house on fire.
