Halle Berry, Olivier Martinez trying for a baby

Hollywood beauty Halle Berry is trying for a baby with new beau, French actor Olivier Martinez.

They've been dating for less that a year, but the Academy award winning actress has revealed she would love to give daughter Nahla Ariel, whose father is model Gabriel Aubry, a sibling.

And the 44-year-old is worried that she's running out of time, reported Daily Mail online.

"I'd love more children. I'm 44, so who knows how much longer I can wait?," said the 'X-Men' star.

Berry gave birth to Nahla in March 2008 and said that she was still able to work with her.

"You make time for what's important. She's not yet three, so I take her with me. Once she's five or six, and in school, I'll have to make a change," said the 'X-Men' star.

The twice-divorced actress met the French actor, also 44, on the set of their upcoming film 'Dark Tide' in South Africa.

Martinez is no stranger to celebrity romances, having dated Kylie Minogue for four years and Juliette Binoche.

Meanwhile Canadian born model Aubry, 34, who shares custody of their daughter, recently started dating reality TV star Kim Kardashian.

The pair were spotted together at Sunday night's LA Lakers game at the Staples Center against the Golden State Warriors.

PASS THE POPCORN: Cher and Aguilera lead a fun, flirty musical

Ali, played by Christina Aguilera, is from the middle of nowhere in Iowa, but all she wants to do is move to the big city and become a star. Sound familiar? What seems like a stale plot was thankfully revived for the highly anticipated musical of the season "Burlesque," starring Aguilera alongside Cher. The star-studded cast consistently delivers one-liners that keep the audience laughing, despite the simple, and at times trivial, storyline. The modern and glamorous "Burlesque" incorporates all the glitter, fishnets, sequins and dance numbers reminiscent of "Chicago," but intermixes the styles with a simpler, more fun plot.

It's easy to forget Aguilera's personal life as she personifies Ali, the sweet farm girl with endless amounts of determination and amazing talent. It isn't until she lets out those first few goose bump-inducing notes that the audience remembers acting isn't Aguilera's foremost talent. She gracefully transitions into her character when she first stumbles into Burlesque, a club owned by sharp-tongued Tess, played by Cher, and her ex-husband Vince, a small role played by Peter Gallagher.

The movie wasn't exactly marketed for its famous cast, but Cher is as luminous as ever and even performs a couple of songs to show she still has the legs and the voice that made her famous decades ago. Stanley Tucci's role as Sean, Tess's faithful and fun best friend, showcases the quick humor he has perfected

from his many supporting roles in movies such as "Julie and Julia" and "The Devil Wears Prada." Cam Gigandet plays Jack, a Burlesque bartender by night and Ali's roommate by day. Eric Dane plays Marcus, a man vying for Ali's attention, while still trying to buy Burlesque from Tess and Vince. Kristen Bell plays a surprising role as Nikki, Ali's jealous and conniving competition,  a role strikingly different from her previous sweet and innocent characters. Though their small roles will likely not gain them any awards, they each bring a lighthearted joy to their character and comedy to the storyline.

"Burlesque" is a movie everyone can enjoy. The costumes, set design and choreography dazzle; the singing and dance numbers are breathtaking and the plot will keep audiences laughing the entire way through. If "Burlesque" was a real burlesque show, people would be lining up outside every night.

‘Sheela Ki Jawani helped me shed my inhibitions’

She’s easily the top contender for the numero uno spot at the BO, but for actor Katrina Kaif the crown of the Queen Bee has never been the motivation.

“I don’t see any point in gloating about something that changes with every Friday,” says the actor who’s had an enviable successful innings at the BO.

The actress — who has almost six biggies on her platter — now hopes to continue her success run with Farah Khan’s forthcoming flick. Her first item number, Sheela Ki Jawani from the film is already making waves, but Katrina’s quick to clarify that it’s not an item number. “I’m not making a special appearance, so it’s a dance number. Item song? I don’t think so.”

Katrina, however, does admit that she’s now game to try her hand at an item number. “This song did help me shed my inhibitions for sure. And working with Akshay (Kumar) helped.”

Katrina’s chemistry with Akshay on-screen in undeniable and she attributes it to the fact that they share friendly vibes off-screen too. “Your comfort level with co-stars does translate on-screen. I do feel that comfort level with Imran (Khan) too,” revealed the actor who’s currently shooting with the young Khan for Mere Brother Ki Dulhan.

One of those who guard her privacy fiercely, questions about her other co-star Ranbir Kapoor are met with an exasperated look. Clearly a topic she’d rather avoid. “There’ll always be rumours and speculation no matter how much we clarify. So, I’ve always stuck to keeping my private life private. So, yes, Ranbir’s a great co-star. There’s nothing else to say. Thank you.”

Katrina’s more forthcoming when it comes to talking about one aspect of her future — kids. “I would want to have my own children someday. I think that our childhood kind of shapes up the dreams that you start having for your own kids,” she reveals, adding, “I want to give them a stable and a well-balanced childhood.” Though Katrina herself had a stable childhood, she reveals that they would have to move often and because of that there was never a sense of belonging. “That’s something I missed that I would want to give to my children. But there’s a long time for all that,” she smiles. “Right now my entire focus is only on my work. Love, marriage… it’s not on my mind for now. So till then it’s a long wait,” she signs off.

Kardashian Kard Killed

The Kardashians are a big blended family in Calabasas running a retail empire and starring in reality hit series, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

Kim Kardashian, who hit the big time with her leaked porn tape with Brandy Norwood's brother Ray J, once was a side kick of Paris Hilton, now considered tabloid roadkill.

Kardashian's latest business venture, their debit "Kard" has ended over allegations of consumer rip offs.

ABC news reported that the Minnesota lender halted sales of a prepaid debit card featuring an image of the Kardashian sisters, after Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal cried foul over the "outrageous" fees that unfairly targeted people who didn't understand the complex fees.

University National Bank said the 250 consumers who actually bought the "Kardashian Kard" since its November 9 launch may continue using it for 30 days, and would receive refunds of balances and up-front fees.

Blumenthal had complained on Friday that the debit card burdened fans of Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian's "lives of luxury and extravagance" with fees that could reach $100 a year, plus fees for ATM withdrawals, cancellations and talking with a phone operator.

ABC reports that the Kardashians' lawyer contacted Blumenthal's office, and the sisters "pulled out of the agreement allowing the bank to use their likenesses on the card."

"The Kardashians have worked extremely long and hard to create a positive public persona that appeals to everyone, particularly young adults," wrote the lawyer, Dennis Roach.

"Unfortunately, the negative spotlight turned on the Kardashians as a result of the Attorney General's comments and actions threatens everything for which they have worked."
