To be made by Occupant Films, the movie tells the story of a small-town pharmacist, played by Renner, who is stuck in a loveless marriage and rediscovers himself by having an affair with Garner's married alter-ego.

The great thing about TV is you can stay in one place. Eventually my kids aren't going to want to be living all over the place. Television would allow us to settle down."
