Lara Croft named most successful babe in computer game history

London: Imaginary British archaeologist Lara Croft is the most successful stunner in computer game history. And it is so because, the babe, played by Angelina Jolie, 34, in the Tomb Raider films, has picked up six awards in the new Guinness World Records Gamer Edition, reports The Daily Star.

Editor Gaz Deaves said: "Lara epitomises all that's great about video gaming. We're delighted to acknowledge her success."

Created by Toby Gard, Croft has also appeared in comic books, novels and a series of animated short films.

She is generally presented as a beautiful, intelligent, athletic, and somewhat reckless English archaeologist-adventurer who frequently ventures into ancient and hazardous tombs and ruins.
