Liz Hurley has open the secret behind her great body – she eats dried cured meat.

“It’s an outstanding thing for anyone on the Atkins diet,” Liz, 44, tells.

“I did a movie in South Africa with Ice Cube and it’s all I ate. I was very thin.” she added.

Liz, who’s married to billionaire textile successor Arun Nayar, currently runs a 400-acre farm in Gloucestershire with husband.

She has also brought out a range of health snacks all under 100 calories made from ingredients grown on her very own land.
